Can I buy credits without upgrading to the upper plan?
Yes. You can add credits anytime while staying on your current plan—including the Free plan. There’s no requirement to upgrade to a higher tier to get more credits.
How can I purchase more credits if I need more?
Absolutely! Once you're signed up and logged in, from your dashboard, open the credit purchase—just select the amount of credits you need, complete your payment, and they’ll be added to your account instantly. Your extra credits are added separately from your monthly plan allowance and do not increase your monthly limit. However, they roll over to the next month if unused, so nothing goes to waste.
When do credits renew?
Credits renew at the start of each billing cycle. For monthly plans, this happens every month on your billing date. For annual plans, credits reset once a year on your renewal date.
Do leftover credits roll over?
No, leftover credits do not roll over. Credits must be used within the duration of your subscription plan. For example, 2 credits in a monthly plan should be used within that month, and 24 credits in an annual plan should be used within the year. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?

Yes. Every verification is processed separately — even for the same email address — because Selleaser checks its real-time validity, deliverability, and reputation each time. An email that was safe to send to last week might be risky today, so we never reuse old results. Each check consumes one credit to ensure you always get the most accurate data.
Do I have to pay to send email campaigns?
No. Email campaigns are included on every account; however, you can only connect Gmail/Microsoft Office email accounts on non-paying plans. After paying, you are able to connect email accounts from any other provider.
